What this role is: 

You are the catalyst behind Genesys’ success, solving the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Genesys solutions. You will collaborate within a team to manage all opportunities and customers and are responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.

 

What this role isn’t: 

It is not a “one-man-band” role but you will be part of a dedicated team, a POD. Besides you as the Account Executive, the POD includes a Sales Development Rep, a Solutions Consultant, a Customer Service Director and a Genesys Advisor who are all there working as a team to close deals and keep our customers loyal. You also will work with Channel Partners, to identify and execute on join opportunities. Your main goal is to turn as many opportunities into closed-won deals as possible. 

 

What will you bring on the table?

 

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
  • +3 years previous business-to-business SaaS Sales experience with a documented track record of success as a Sales Account Executive in Cloud or Saas based software
  • Confirmed ability to lead a complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment 
  • Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders
  • Proven experience understanding customer needs and being able to articulate solutions
  • Proven track record of growing your territory through increasing your pipeline with current customers and net new logos
  • Ability to travel up to 50% 
  • Fluent both in English and local country language
