Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan/capture/file and track Chennai site budget and R&D/Product expenses
  • Prepare/submit T&E expenses, coordinate travel/lodging, planning and scheduling meetings/appointments and recording meeting discussions for site leader
  • Contribute and/or coordinate initiatives including but not limited to employee engagement, monthly newsletter, festivals/celebrations etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors for training, schwag etc.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation for various site/product initiatives
  • Collect and maintain site/function/employee related metrics/data in timely manner and produce reports/presentations as needed
  • Organize site level meetings (such as Operations Council) with different stakeholders/functions and close follow-up on action items
  • Support initiatives like Hackathon, Meetups, Knowledge sessions
  • Closely work with support functions for site requirements, hiring, other administrative activities


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Science graduate or equivalent is MUST
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level English verbal and written communications skills
