As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a graduate Full Stack Developer to help expand the capabilities of Predictive Routing. Predictive Routing leverages AI to enhance the routing of incoming interactions and improve the experience of end users and customers alike.


We are seeking a graduate software engineer with strong programming skills.  Working in a highly collaborative, Agile team environment, our teams are full-stack, with capabilities to deliver elastically scalable features across Front-End, Business Logic, Eventing and Storage layers. Genesys Software Engineers think through implementation details of scalability, security and usability.


This role is open to remote candidates located in Ireland.


What you will do:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of major features within our cloud platform.
  • Bring features all the way through the Design, Beta, Generally Available, Maintain cycle.
  • Understand the overall architecture of the system.
  • Enhance overall team velocity.
  • Apply process appropriately for test automation, data security, traceability and information sharing.


What will you bring to the role:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. MSc in these disciplines a plus.
  • You are curious, self-motivated, embrace collaborative team-work, ask the right questions, enjoy learning new technologies.
  • You have some experience in either Python, Java, or Javascript.


Extra Awesome would be:

  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Distributed Systems and Micro-Services.
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of non-relational databases, Kafka.
  • Docker, Git, Jenkins experience.
