As the Software License Analyst within the Customer Success organization, you will be creating activation files for customers and partners to operate Genesys software.  You will be looking over Genesys Customers current entitlement to ensure that they are in compliance with the Genesys Buying Rules and the data in Salesforce.com is correct.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client software license purchase data, perform reconciliation and remediation tasks to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Process and maintain client software activation files, legal agreements, and maintain customer’s entitlement data.
  • Conduct software license research to support sales teams on new sales and contracting requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback to sales, partners, and customers, on data.
  • Assist customers and partners as needed to obtain the required data where possible
  • Provide end user functional support on the use of Genesys activation files.
  • Support presales and implementation activities on new client engagements and projects.
  • Provide feedback on internal operations to improve the delivery of services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent industry work experience
  • Ability to perform duties independently with general supervision
  • Ability to produce quality documentation
  • Knowledge of general IT operations, operating system management, databases and integration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
