Summary of the Position:


The Business Finance Operations Sr. Analyst is an integral member of the PS Finance & Operations team. The Analyst is responsible for providing financial and operational support globally. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for PS Operations for resources based across each of our four main regions. The Sr. Analyst will be working closely with Finance and operation team to meet the business requirements and goals.


Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


• Manage PS Orders/Revenue forecasting

 • Participating and facilitating meetings for weekly forecast calls

 • Roll up the weekly Forecast and reporting to Controller

 • Project management- project setup in OpenAir and SFDC- Timesheet management

• Preparation of Monthly PS Billing

• Revenue management- in compliance with revenue recognition policy and US GAAP 

• Performing monthly revenue/billing reconciliation with NetSuite/Open Air

• Reviewing employee expense reports in OpenAir 

• Organizing payments for T&E reimbursements

• Preparing T&E accrual entries (month-end)

• Preparing monthly company cost transfer JE

• Preparing Monthly Sub contractor accruals

• Preparing Monthly Revenue accruals

• Tracking Project profitability and cost analysis

• Working with the team to be VSOE compliance and Sox Compliance

• Requesting for setup of employee’s vendor code 

• Preparing various reports to management and team

• Assisting with day-day operations of the business

• Work directly with AP to ensure payments are being made timely


Qualifications / Skills Required and Preferred

• 6 to 10 years of general accounting, business or finance related experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA

• High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial analysis

• Ability to work as an individual contributor and within a team environment.

• Software, Hi-Tech experience preferred.

• Tool / application experience preferred: Microsoft Excel, OpenAir, NetSuite and SFDC

• Ability to work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 • Excellent communication and customer service skill
