What this role is:
You will be a key member of the Genesys Business Transformation team that drives strategic and operational improvements across the company such as, revenue generation & protection programs, operational improvement initiatives, and M&A integration. To be successful, you will solve complex problems using strong financial and business acumen skills.

What this role isn't:
Our Business Transformation Managers don't just crunch numbers and excel spreadsheets. You are going to develop and use that information to define the strategy that will help transform Genesys. You will take that information and present it to senior management and executives showing how Genesys can deliver on our goals.

Some details about what you will do:

  • You will interact with internal groups on strategy, planning and operational execution.
  • Plan and execute transformation and operational improvement initiatives in support of the executive committee 
  • Facilitation of leadership strategic planning activities, including leading the development and maintenance of corporate dashboards
  • Manage and coordinate various top value creation initiatives programs 
  • Identification of unmet or underserved needs of the organization, continuously check, remove complexities, optimize and improve processes
  • Take part in forums for collaboration to leverage best practices, perform root cause analysis and cross-functional remediation and improvements


  • Prior experience in cloud/SaaS strategy, transformation and change management a must. Prior experience in consulting a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional program management - at least two years of experience managing and delivering cross-functional programs/projects 
  • 6+ years relevant work experience and a high proficiency with Excel.  Experience with Tableau, SFDC, R, or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • High Emotional intelligence – able to build productive & positive working relations with co-workers with varying technical & business backgrounds 
  • Growth & agile mindset with solid work ethics, embracing diversity 
  • Strong attention to details, with the ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables
