We are looking for a smart member of our Competitive Intelligence team who has a love for market strategy and analytics.


Ultimately, your mission is this: help us win. Work within and across teams responsible for gathering and analyzing loads of competitive data to distill into actionable insights and memorable messages for marketing and sales.  You’ll use all this intel to drive winning sales plays, marketing campaigns and product strategies.  


You’re a marketing professional with a reputation for delivering simple and compelling insights with urgency and integrity. You have a love for people, a brain for analysis, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • Co-create the competitive intelligence strategy. Create, refine and deliver on our competitive intelligence strategy to win against our rivals in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaas) Market — with agility, focus, integrity and scale. This includes Tier 1 competitors, select Tier 2 and 3 challengers and a shared focus on emerging platforms. 
  • Measure and optimize. Help teams understand the impact of our intelligence. Identify patterns and share insights so we can quickly make data-driven decisions.  
  • Collaborate across teams. Work with our partners in marketing, sales, product, business development, partners, services, industry analysts, consultants and more to understand our place in the market to communicate our competitive edge. 
  • Craft clear messages. Put your communication chops to work. Distill tons of info into clear, concise and compelling intelligence with urgency and accuracy. 



  • 5+ years of experience (competitive intelligence/market strategy/product marketing) 
  • Strong data analysis skills and process thinking 
  • Great communication skills to bring actionable insights to life 
  • Takes the ball and runs with it, working both independently and collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Bachelors in business, communications, marketing or equivalent 
  • Eagerness to excel in a fun, ever-changing work environment 
  • Willing to travel 15% (when we’re out of a global pandemic, of course)
