Job Summary: 

The role of the Genesys Consultant Program Operations Manager is the catalyst for the consultant program success and is the architect for the program ecosystem of processes, applications and infrastructure. The CLP Ops Manager liaisons with all other relevant internal and external stakeholders to insure we are in alignment with enterprise initiatives.  These groups include but are not limited to:  External consultants, Marketing and Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Training and IT.  This position reports to the Consultant Liaison Program Global VP.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain the program ecosystem of processes, applications and program elements with particular focus on the CLP portal 
  • Provide continuous improvement by identifying problems, developing solutions to automate processes, implement new systems and revise processes and documentation 
  • Prepare, validate, distribute and facilitate changes as needed for all program metrics using sales and marketing tools (SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, etc.) 
  • Provide quarterly program metrics to stakeholders and content contributors. Highlights any areas where goal attainment may be at risk 
  • Participates in regular interlocks with regions and program team to maintain alignment on objectives of program activities 
  • Manages the publication and execution of consultant communication channels 
  • Curate appropriate content for consultant communications and enablement, including quarterly newsletter, portal content and webinars, briefings, announcements, invitations and correspondence 
  • Project manage all global consultant program logistics 
  • Provide weekly updates to management for all activities 
  • Drive annual NPS survey 
  • Adhoc duties as directed by Management

 

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 5 years’ experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services 
  • Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue 
  • Strong knowledge of digital, social, content and account-based marketing practices 
  • Knowledge of Genesys Portfolio 
  • Analytical, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible 
  • Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization 
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform (Marketo or equivalent)
  • Analytical - data driven - strong in Excel - (Pivot and V-lookup) working with Systems and Operations
  • Willing to travel occasionally to company events, meet with sales leaders, customers and partners, attend events and support the sales team 
  • Self-motivated and able to execute in a fast-paced environment 
  • Understanding of the independent consultant community 
  • BA/BS degree

  • Communicates regularly with customers, colleagues and management 
  • Uses computer frequently 
  • Travels to customer and business meeting sites as required 
  • Potential International travel
