Core Instructor


The Core Instructor is an entry-level instructor position responsible for delivering high quality technical product training across multiple platforms through in-person and virtual training commitments. This position may also support multiple time zones, locations, and languages.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Prep and deliver engaging and inventive in-person and virtual classroom training
  • Pick up new skills quickly
  • Primarily deliver classes designated as “core” to platform understanding
  • Gauge and adjust your style and timing to best suit your students

Practice continuous improvement in all aspects of the job, including, but not limited to:

  • Review and incorporate feedback
  • Adjust daily activities and delivery methods for lessons learned
  • Attend professional development training and conferences
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions 
  • Collaborate in upkeep of course content
  • Other duties as assigned

 
Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Technology/or related discipline
  • Previous Training Experience is highly desirable
  • General experience with Contact Center environments preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Proactive and independent with a positive attitude
  • Takes on learning opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm 
  • Resolves conflict situations effectively with a minimum of noise 
  • Empowered by ownership of projects
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with a high-level of self-sufficiency
  • Travel may be required – up to 35%
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Fluent Spanish is highly desirable
