Genesys is an innovative leader in Customer Experience solutions, and we’re growing!  We’re looking for a creative & talented Curriculum Developer to partner with subject matter experts in creating learning experiences for our Early in Career Programs. This includes the development of both technical, soft-skill and business training content. In this role, you will be part of a growing Learning & Development organization and report to the Global Head of Learning.


What You’ll Do

This role will be part of the Learning & Development for Genesys and work closely with subject matter experts around the company to create learning content to support skill development and business objectives for Early in Career Programs. In general, you will:

  • Design and assist with roll-out of Early in Career bootcamp training materials, guides, and in-person training presentation slides.
  • Develop and implement learning offerings using various learning modalities.
  • Scope, design and develop content that is both engaging and informative.
  • Develop eLearning solutions that meet identified learning objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Training Managers to develop solutions that meet business objectives and scale globally.
  • Meet with subject matter experts across Genesys to identify training content and implement training solutions using internal resources.
  • Supports additional Learning & Development training projects across the L&D organization as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Instructional Design/related field, or relevant job experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and/or content development.
  • Demonstrated application of instructional design methodology & best practices
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Proficient in instructional design tools including Articulate, Captivate, Illustrator, Creative Cloud
  • Strong planning & organization skills.
  • Experience working with technical content a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
