As a Director of Enterprise IT Architecture and Integrations, you will lead a global department of architects and engineers responsible for high-quality design, delivery, and ownership of our enterprise architecture and key platforms like Application Integration and Excellent data organization. Your role will primarily focus on developing a multi-year plan for an enterprise architecture that will scale and optimize the IT stack in parallel with the hyper-growth of the Company. You will also become a trusted partner with other parts of IT organization and business leadership, working closely together to launch new programs and initiatives based on Company priorities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and hire the team - managing a global department, including career development/coaching, expectations setting, bi-annual performance reviews, resource planning, and department growth including hiring.
  • Establish the necessary executive level updates to ensure the management team is up-to-speed and aligned on roadmap and implementation progress - steering committees, progress updates, etc.
  • Own the long-term vision for the enterprise architecture; desired technology processes and systems and system integration.
  • Facilitate the integration framework and multi-cloud application integration architecture and implementation.
  • Own the “master inventory of internal systems” and understand the use, access and integration across these systems.
  • Lead the implementation of current and future state roadmap; partner cross-functionally to design.
  • Creating and implementing a multi-year scalability plan and vision for the department.
  • Providing thought direction in architecting business applications and define an enterprise-wide integrations vision and plan with functional support.
  • Ensuring that technical decisions support our quality, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security goals.
  • Working with the department and cross-functional business leaders to maintain a high-impact roadmap that delivers on both short term and long-term goals.
  • Influencing decision making through agile partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - guide expectations and escalations.
  • Put processes, policies, systems, and structure in place across systems to ensure scale, security and reliability.
  • Support the governance process required to ensure the continued integrity of company data.
  • Deliver and support custom built customer consumption portal.
  • Integration of usage/billing data with to core ERP and billing systems.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant technical experience in integration platforms, application development delivery.
  • Thorough understanding and experience in developing and scaling enterprise architecture in a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment.
  • Experience in the field of middleware frameworks like MuleSoft, Boomi and Web Services.
  • Exposure to Devops in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Able to speak about the department’s technical work and value-add it provides to organization.
  • Experience with SOX pre-IPO readiness assessments and control implementation highly desired.
  • Demonstrated track record of devising technology plan aligned with business program and effective implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop multiple, global initiatives autonomously.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred. An MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of management experience.

  • Dell Boomi, Master Data Management (Dell Boomi, SAP MDG, Informatica etc), Database management, Identity and Access management, SAP S/4 HANA and SalesForce
