Genesys is looking for an experienced, highly driven IT director to lead Sales and Customer Success applications portfolios.This is a unique position which requires deep functional knowledge and expertise coupled with the ability to creatively and effectively solve problems. You will lead a team of business analysts/product managers and partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver on enterprise-wide large initiatives. Analyze current state needs and challenges, identify improvement and automation opportunities, portfolio planning, capability maturity assessment, and tools rationalization.


Responsibilities will include business engagement, lead project delivery, provide functional expertise in identifying, evaluating and implementing processes and procedures to help solve complex business problems.



  • As an IT director of Sales and Customer Success business functions, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver Go-to Market strategy to help enterprise scale and transform.

  • Mange global team of self-driven business analysts/product managers to support sales and customer success portfolio.

  • Work with business leaders, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver across portfolio of large enterprise wide initiatives.

  • Strong blend of business sense and process knowledge: You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable.

  • Creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced processes and tools.

  • Multi-tasking prioritization expertise: Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) balancing numerous different priorities and demands.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize across portfolio and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or similar technical area, MBA is a plus.

  • 12+ years of experience in leading sales and customer success IT applications organizations.

  • Expert level functional understanding of capabilities across GTM Strategy & Planning (forecasting, quota & comp), Sales Execution (CPQ & Billing), Partner Lifecycle management, Issue to resolution, Customer Experience.

  • Strong expertise in business process management, technology architecture and building roadmaps across large portfolios.

  • Established track record of building rapport with Senior business leaders.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, CPQ, and billing.

  • Expert in collecting information from multiple sources and integrating the information to find creative ways to meet the business' needs.

  • Successful track record of leading and delivering large multi-million-dollar enterprise wide initiatives.
