Director of Marketing Analytics


Location-  Daly city (CA) or Indianapolis (IND)

We are looking for someone with strong business analytics skills who would be excited to optimize our B2B marketing operations. Our team manages Marketing analytics for our global portfolio, and we excel in Business intelligence and advanced analytics. We are also pioneering within B2B by leveraging new techniques and frameworks that includes predictive analytics and Multi-touch attribution ROI.


We need someone who is not afraid to take on new responsibilities and own projects, while having fun in the process.


Using your business acumen and creativity, you will lead in-depth analytical projects that will allow marketing leaders to make inform decisions while improving demand Generation, Pipeline conversion and Brand awareness performance. You’ll also define, recommend and implement analytical frameworks to inform leaders in external groups (Sales,Business Finance, Revenue Operations)

As Director of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the web and content analytics roadmap, Predictive analytics, Scoring, Segmentation, and demand generation planning (Targets forecasting).



  • Lead demand generation planning. Forecast detailed reverse waterfall KPI’s and drive   targets stetting agreements with Demand Generation, SDR, Sales and Business finance leaders.
  • Lead strategic analytical projects to improve marketing operations. Develop Analysis plan, distill insights and craft stories built on data for senior leaders and partners.
  • Manage ABM framework rules and engagement KPI definitions.
  • Own Predictive analytics roadmap
  • Manage account, lead and intent scoring rules in collaboration with Demand generation and sales development teams.
  • Manage account segmentation rules in collaboration with Revenue Operations partners.
  • Manage web and content analytics roadmap. Develop KPI’s, tracking tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Define and track key productivity KPI’s (SDR, Demand Generation or web-related)
  • Provide analytical support to Brand and communications teams. Manage Brand index and provide ad-hoc support.
  • Manage team in two locations.



  • 3-5 year managing a team of analysts.
  • Master’s in business analytics, Master Marketing Analytics or MBA.
  • Web analytics experience.
  • Experience building complex forecasting models.
  • Ability to run basic SQL queries.
  • Experience leveraging statistical modeling for solving business problems.
  • Experience working for a B2B marketing organization a plus.
  • Experience working for a consulting firm or Software company a plus.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to high-ranked executives a plus.
