Are you an Executive Recruiter who wants to attract and hire for a hypergrowth SaaS company?

Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, you'll help develop search strategies and lead engagements for our executive openings. You will also work on various projects, including executive searches, succession planning, and market mapping. As a part of this team, you'll disrupt the talent landscape while always delivering an incredible customer and candidate experience.


As our team continues to grow, we want someone committed to inclusive hiring. We are looking to attract candidates with diverse backgrounds and ideas. You will use your creative problem-solving skills to overcome any roadblocks and bring new ideas on how we build our executive team. 


This is a full-time position that will be based anywhere in the US.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for key leadership roles
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on how to shape their talent needs to best match the needs of Genesys using market data
  • Play a lead role in engaging candidates from the first contact through onboarding 
  • Work with the businesses throughout the recruitment process, providing consistent feedback and communication
  • Work closely with and ensure alignment of any external agency search teams
  • Develop an understanding of each candidate’s leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit for the role

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience recruiting senior-level talent with experience with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Direct recruiting experience in a Business-to-business software company 
  • A proven track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering on key hiring goals
  • Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition
  • A passion and a strong track record of hiring diverse talent
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects reporting on key milestones and metrics
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
  • Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
