This role will report to the Director of Global Executive Recruiting and will be instrumental to growing a best-in-class inhouse executive recruiting function working in partnership with the global talent acquisition team.  

 

Job Description

We're looking for an Executive Talent Sourcer/ Researcher to join our new team responsible for hiring the next generation of leaders at Genesys. Our team partners with Genesys’s executives as trusted advisors and subject matter experts on talent, hiring, and organizational strategies and provides market intelligence and data to guide decisions and fill the most important roles across Genesys.

As an Executive Talent Sourcer you will improve strategic research and pipeline generation with an emphasis on long-term relationship building. This role requires in-depth industry expertise in building and managing market intelligence, with experience driving passive strategy campaigns for both tech and non-tech roles.

 

 

 

In this role your key responsibilities will be:

  • Create and deploy unique research and engagement strategies to bring in new leaders - building active talent pipelines and a network of long-term relationships for future needs.
  • Be a thought leader around developing Genesys’s talent market intelligence database and search projects.
  • Participate and conduct in-take meetings translating role needs into actionable search strategies.
  • Stay current on executive search market trends and innovative sourcing practices.
  • Serve as an expert in the research process, showing knowledge of research sources, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies.
  • Commit to inclusive hiring to contribute to a culture guided by diverse backgrounds and ideas.
  • Uphold a focus on candidate experience, diversity and building long-term connections.
  • Fully leverage technology for superb talent relationship management.
  •  Manage ad hoc projects as necessary.

 

 

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will have proven experience in the following areas:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in technical leadership sourcing and/or recruiting experience within an executive search firm.
  • Maps target organizations and build organizational charts based on research and discussions
  • Deep expertise in diversity hiring with a strong point of view around engagement and nurture strategies
  • Experience analyzing data to determine success metrics and measure project impact.
  • The ability to work independently, challenges the status quo and take intelligent risks.

 

 

 

Covid-19:

Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboarding processes. All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time.

At this time, Genesys does not require new hires be fully vaccinated. However, where legally permissible, Genesys will only welcome vaccinated employees back to Genesys Offices as these reopen. Those who are not vaccinated at that time may continue to work remotely if the nature of their job allows it. Customer-facing employees will need to follow customer guidelines.
