The Global Benefits Analyst will be a key member of Genesys’ Total Rewards team, ensuring the success of the function. With offices within EMEA, APAC & LATAM, this position will provide overall support for program development, implementation, communications, and administration. The Global Benefits Analyst will assist in ensuring benefit plans and programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations globally.

 

A keen attention to detail as well as the ability to interpret complex data and draw conclusions is crucial. This individual must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, make sound business decisions, influence business leaders, manage details, and deliver results in a fast paced and collaborative environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design, implementation and administration of global benefits including health, life, short/long term disability insurance, retirement, and ancillary benefits within the governance framework
  • Work with broker/consultant to review, benchmark and assess market competitiveness during the annual renewal process
  • Spearhead improvements of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with local laws; document and maintain those administrative procedures
  • Assist with the development of benefit education programs designed to increase engagement and enhance the value of new and existing programs
  • Support M&A activities

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant demonstrated professional experience
  • Experience with global benefits practice (EMEA, APAC & LATAM)
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations
  • Demonstrated sophisticated problem-solving, analytical and modeling skills
  • Working knowledge of technology solutions, including automated tools and familiarity with HRMS systems
