Requirements

  • Certified Dell Boomi Associate Developer preferred
  • Overall, around 5 years of development & Support experience, preferably in the end-user environment
  • 3 or more years of experience in BOOMI Integrations development and support
  • Experience in developing processes as per requirement using different connectors, set properties, Decision shape, Branch, Try/catch shape, Data Process, Document cache, return document.
  • Experience on Dell Boomi Connectors like Disk, Database, Mail, FTP, SFTP, Salesforce, Atmosphere API, SAP, Web services Listener, HTTP Client, and SOAP Client other Connectors
  • Experience in utilizing Web Service platform elements such as SOAP, XML, Flat files, and REST web services preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and resolve it on timely manner.
  • Strong ability to interact with end users directly & provide timely solutions to the support issues.
  • Involved in end-to-end testing of integration in Order Management domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated and able to work seamlessly with team across functions, regions and domains.
  • Order to cash domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Willing to work in shifts, if needed
  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of the existing process and take necessary actions during failures.
  • Perform global support activities covering both US and India business and other IT users.
  • Participate in Functional and Performance testing
  • Trouble shoot support issues working with Support Lead and developers
  • Perform development using Dell Boomi Technology
  • Willing to work in shifts, if needed
