Job Summary:

The successful candidate for this position has an understanding of various types of integration, understanding of enterprise business processes such as Order to Cash, able to work with business users to understand the issue, ability to find the root case, triage issues for priority, proactively monitors and pays attention to alerts, good in trouble shooting, strong in communication & interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with offshore resources.

They should be able to act as the application integration support lead, ensure the data flow between systems, maintain high uptime of application integration processes, adhere to the support processes, track issues to resolution, compile & present operational metrics, and participate in system integration testing and bug fix project development activities.

They must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. They should also be self-motivated and able to work on critical tasks independently or as a team member.


Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • As a support lead, you will own all the Integration processes support activities to ensure that resolutions are provided to the issues in a timely manner
  • Define and implement procedures to do daily monitoring of the existing processes and take necessary actions during failures.
  • Troubleshoot issues and propose long term plans for fixing the issues.
  • Lead and perform system integration and performance testing
  • Participate & contribute to technical discussions with the development team
  • Prepare operational metrics for presentations and analyse trends



  • BS in Information Technology or equivalent technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience developing/supporting complex enterprise application integration using integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Talend, Oracle SOA with the hand on experience on BPEL, SOA, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, SSL certificates
  • Experience as a lead developer or support engineer in major enterprise integration initiative involving platforms such as SFDC, NetSuite, SAP, ERP, CRM, CPQ.


Must have skills:

  • Hands on development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs).
  • Good knowledge of Boomi best practices, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Experience in developing processes as per requirement using different connectors, set properties, Decision shape, Branch, Try/catch shape, Data Process, Document cache, return document.
  • Experience on Dell Boomi Connectors like Disk, Database, Mail, FTP, SFTP, Salesforce, Atmosphere API, SAP, Web services Listener, HTTP Client, and SOAP Client other Connectors
  • Experience in configuring atom queue to handle parallel processing and performance improvement.
  • Experience in utilizing Web Service platform elements such as SOAP, XML, Flat files, and REST web services preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting integration issues, find root causes and resolve it on timely manner.
  • Strong ability to interact directly with end users and other IT team & provide timely solutions for support issues.
  • Involved in end-to-end testing of integration process across multiple domains.


Nice to have skills:

  • Knowledge of processes/functions within enterprise platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SalesForce.com CRM/CPQ
  • Certification on Dell Boomi.
  • MDM modelling and integration knowledge
