We are adding a new position to our Talent Team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and work with the go-to-market team to help hire top talent. Partner with our business development and sales teams to attend events and keep our pipeline strong. The Talent Acquisition Partner 1 will have excellent knowledge of company products and services have a passion for sales hiring. The individual must focus on working as a team to ensure the go-to-market team works together and supports hiring in sales, Sales Operations, lead Generation, professional services, and customer success. 

 

The position will require using a variety of leading-edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans. Other responsibilities involve documenting and tracking all candidate activities in the applicant tracking system. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follows established service levels to maintain exceptional client service, meet the needs of Hiring Teams, and create a best in class candidate experience for all future hires.

  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of cost-effective recruiting/sourcing skills and knowledge using the latest recruiting methods/technologies and improving organization attractiveness by keeping abreast of industry trends, compensation packages, and practices.

  • Manages the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with guidelines in addition to negotiating salaries and presenting job offers to candidates.

  • Be present at events to support University hiring and ensure the pipeline of talent is ready and qualified for future opportunities for intern and Associate roles.

  • Understand hiring profiles and technology.

  • Manages Evergreen Requisitions and develop a pipeline for future openings.

  • Responsible for identifying candidates and qualifying those candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.

  • Effectively identify, utilizing, and managing the resources necessary to accomplish recruiting goals and objectives including gathering and preparing documentation with regards to all candidate interactions and maintaining applicant tracking database for reporting purposes.

  • Maintain business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and identify hiring needs that are forecasted.

 

Minimum Requirements (technical and soft skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.

  • Highly driven individual with a passion for hiring the best and ensuring we present qualified and diverse candidates.

  • Proven experience educating, supporting, and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing, and selection. Results are to enhance the candidate experience, hire the most qualified candidate, and reduce time to fill rate.     

  • Proven ability in exercising judgment through the use of market trends and workforce supply-demand information in their recruiting strategy to locate and source high-quality candidates. Must also use this knowledge to better qualify candidates to hiring teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing clear and professional written and verbal communication.  

  • A strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement.

  • Ability to work independently, manage confidential data, and be resourceful. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Work Context:

  • Ability to travel to local University events.

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
