Manager, Genesys Digital, Cross-Industry Lead

During the pandemic, there’s been a greater than 300% increase in customer demand to engage via digital channels. At the same time, customers from consumers to large enterprises also demand improvements in their experience. Put those two things together and there’s never been a more important time to re-think and focus on how organizations can build new digital customer experiences and improve upon existing ones.


What you’ll bring to the table:  

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in developing strategic, executive relationships within customers. You’ll need to have several years of enterprise sales experience, including leading sales teams (Cloud / SaaS preferred). You will need to have demonstrated the ability to work with partners and build strong partner relationships. Ideally, you will have in-depth knowledge of the conversational AI and virtual assistant market. Finally, you’ll need to have proven capability in delivering on financial commitments, including forecasts and budget.


Some details about what skills and experience you’ll need:  

  • Management experience within the large enterprise account space, especially in key industries such as Industrials, Public Sector and Health
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and coaching a team to successful outcomes
  • Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and helping Account Executives close deals with key executives and stakeholders
  • Ability and desire to participate in strategic and tactical planning for the team and region
  • Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Confirmed ability to lead complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment 


  • BA/BS required, and MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience and management experience, preferably in SaaS/Cloud businesses
  • Exceptional customer management and communication skills
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple opportunities and sellers
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (once CV-19 restrictions ease)
