The Finance Business Operations Manager is an integral member of the PS Finance & Operations team. The role will be responsible for managing and supervising the business finance process. Partnership with local and Global finance team to provide finance and operation support. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for PS business organization and will be working closely with Finance and Operation team to meet the business requirements and goals.


Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Operations function within the PS Business Finance group

  • Assisting Regional Controllers with Forecasting process tools and applications

  • Project management- Making sure that any system requests from the business are prioritized and attended to per SLA

  • Revenue management- making sure in compliance with revenue recognition policy and US GAAP 

  • Manage Business Applications like Braavos, SFDC, PureProject, Netsuite and Tableau are working per Business needs

  • Work closely with the Operations team within PS to ensure Business needs are met

  • Point person for all Finance process initiatives outside of Professional Services

  • Involve in Continuous process improvement

  • Delivery of timely and accurate financial reports to management

  • Working with the team to be VSOE compliance and Sox Compliance

  • Preparing various reports to management and team

  • Work Closely with Regional Business Finance Controllers, Finance team, Revenue team and PS Business.


Qualifications / Skills Required and Preferred

  • 10 years of Management, general accounting, business finance related experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA

  • Must have experience in managing Shared Service or Centre of excellence environment

  • Experience with a large ERP such as Oracle or SAP in a Listed multinational with complex reporting structures and layers.

  • Experience with SFDC will be an advantage

  • High level of interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships, obtain cooperation and develop collaborative working relationships

  • Demonstrated experience with strategy development and implementation with a strong emphasis on business partnering, senior executive stakeholder management and change;

  • Exceptional people management skills, particularly with virtual teams

  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills with all level of management
