Manager, Sales Operations - Singapore

The Genesys Asia Pacific Sales team is growing and we're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual as the Manager, Sales Operations, Asia Pacific reporting directly to the VP, Sales Operations, Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will execute, and support streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the VP of Sales Operations, Asia Pacific. 

What You’ll Do: In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Assist the VP Sales Operations, Asia Pacific in facilitating effective decision-making
  • Support the forecasting and measurement of Key performance indicators for all Sales Asia Pacific teams
  • Organize and coordinate the execution and delivery of new programs and resolution of issues
  • In collaboration with the VP Sales Operations, Asia Pacific support the overall process and implementation of quota allocation, dispute resolution, and territory alignment,
  • Assist the Corporate Commissions team in plan designs and updates
  • Participate in regular meetings with HR, Finance, Sales Ops, Legal and various other teams at to assist in addressing issues, building plans and delivering programs
  • When requested, assess inquiries directed to the VP Sales, Sales Operations, Asia Pacific, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
  • Ensure all issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
  • Support in assessing the sales team’s capabilities and design programs of enablement
  • Assist in developing and executing on sales enablement and sales operations strategies
  • Sponsor key strategic accounts
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to drive pipeline generation for Asia Pacific
  • Execute and manage Sales Programs for Asia Pacific
  • International travel as required
What do you need to have?
  • 10+ years' relative experience (the preferred candidate should have detailed experience in sales operations and another function such as finance)
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in leadership positions
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Strong execution and analytical skills and adept at using key data, CRM and reporting tools
  • Effective, versatile and action-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field qualifications
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
