Genesys, a Global company specialized on Omnichannel Contact Centers, has an opportunity within the local marketing department, for a young intern to support its Digital Marketing and Communication strategy within the commercial and mid-market segment.

The role will promote our "PureCloud" offer identifying new opportunities to support the sales team activities.

Following an initial training period on our internal processes and marketing tools, you will be responsible for webinar event organization within France targeting companies for both the mid and commercial markets. You will will also assist the Marketing Manager on several other marketing projects.

This experience will give you the opportunity to work in an international environment and practice English every day while leading activities on Global Digital Marketing campaigns using innovative inbound marketing tactics on plate-forms such as Marketo, Salesforce, on24, Tableau, WordPress… 

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) :

  • Preparing guest files and ensuring quality and data enrichment on Salesforce CRM
  • Finding and formatting the communication components to promote webinars according to our graphic layout, libraries or in professional databases and in respect of the GPDR rules: photos, video, texts,
  • Managing end-to-end digital projects and the awareness of these events on customer experience French market: monthly items planning, stakeholder management, content definition, emailing/Enews campaigns, landing page on website and social network posts, until statistical results of the actions carried out.
  • Contributing to the sales, communication meetings and formatting the reportings.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Business Student or University Communications Equivalent – Marketing, Master I or II
  • entrepreneur mindset
  • self-reliance
  • sense of design for illustrations/images, composition and page lay-out
  • elegance of content and good writing ability
  • appetite for web communication tools and use of software including “ADOBE Suite”
  • Excellent level of English
