We have an excellent contract opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager to be based in Poland. You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and delivering the subsequent marketing initiatives including digital demand generation, field events and channel marketing programs.  You will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget for the region.   

 

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Communications: 


▪ Initiate and execute marketing communication programs; 

▪ Cooperate with the EMEA and corporate marketing organization for creation and execution of programs; 

▪ Drive digital demand generation programs including paid and organic social, paid search, 3rd party online syndication, Email, webinars, remarketing etc.;

 ▪ Deliver qualified leads to the organization using full marketing mix e.g. industry trade fairs, seminars, outbound prospecting; 

▪ Maintain customer and prospect database, track & report leads throughout the lifecycle; 

▪ Deliver sales tools to the internal organization; 

▪ Work closely with channel partners for the creation and execution of marketing programs 

▪ Define, develop and adapt appropriate content for the respective market segments

▪ Create an environment of strong alignment between sales and marketing with an emphasis on creative solutions supporting sales objectives 

▪ Deliver customer case studies to the field

 ▪ Continually strive to further optimize the lead generation and management process 

▪ Ensure WW messaging and branding is effectively translated and replicated within your market 

 

 Channel Marketing: 


▪ Work with Channel team to support & deliver channel programmes; 

▪ Liaise with the marketing teams of our partners for campaign delivery.

 ▪ Close co-operation with EMEA Partner Marketing  

▪ Execute on Consultant Liasion Program 


Minimum Requirements:


▪ Seasoned experience in marketing communications in Enterprise software 

▪ Solid experience of all elements of the marketing communication mix

 ▪ Experience in working in CRM and Marketing Automation tools such SFDC and Marketo

 ▪ Proactive work attitude, problem solver, team player; 

▪ Able to communicate at Senior Management level 

▪ Language skills: Fluent English, other European languages a plus:  

▪ Ability of managing external suppliers and substantial budget; 

▪ Proven experience and success working in multi-cultural environment 

▪ Exceptional oral and written communication skills
