Title:  Marketing Project Manager
 

Genesys is experiencing hyper growth.  And the Marketing organization is growing as well.  The organization has invested significant resources to help improve the way the cross-functional teams work together to make it easier to get things done.  The investments are both in people and in tools.  To support the process workload demands we are looking for an experienced marketing project manager to join our team full-time.

 

In this vital role on the Marketing Operations team, you will work collaboratively with the global cross-functional team to project manage a significant portion of the workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to expectations.  You’ll support our key process management principles:

  • Inspire collaboration and communication
  • Hold people and teams accountable
  • Provide transparency
Responsibilities
  • Impartially support and manage the project workflow—across teams
  • Align projects to broader initiative plans
  • Ticket triage and assignment
  • Drive collaboration and regular communications between teams
  • Host and Manage Kick-offs; Stand-ups; Reviews
  • Be the Go-to resource for questions and issues
  • ID risks/roadblocks and facilitate actions to move projects back on track
  • Report based on standard metrics and regular cadence
 Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s is required
  • Enterprise software experience
  • 2-3 years of marketing programs management/project management experience
  • Able to look critically at processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Excellent communicator, able to work well with a wide variety of personalities
  • Flexibility to work North America business hours on a consistent basis
  • Able to gracefully handle competing requests and priorities
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive team player
