 The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the optimization and localization of the regional paid search, Google Display Network campaigns and Paid Social camlpaigns. This role will work with the regional and global paid search stakeholders to ensure the campaigns are effective and driving revenue in the region.

 What you will do:

  • Create, Implement and Monitor Google Adword, Google Display Campaigns.
  • Create Implement and Monitor Paid Social media campaigns on Linkedin and Facebook.
  • Translate and localize paid search assets such as ads, ad extensions, landing pages and keywords to align with the global and regional strategy.
  • Work with the global team to run, review, and implement search query reports on a regular basis.
  • Monitor performance daily across all active campaigns, working with the global and regional teams to optimize and maximize ROI.
  • Work with the digital lead and field marketing team in the region on strategy and implementation of all paid media campaigns in the region.
  • Ongoing channel budget management, projections and forecasting for the region.
  • Develop strategies and execution plans specific to the regional market based on field marketing input related to regional preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Drive adoption of paid media best practices and improvement of channel management processes throughout the organization.
  • Audit account regularly for any inconsistencies between strategy and execution.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword analyses for possible regional expansion efforts.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Google Adwords Certification.
  • Experience working with LATAM region.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns in multiple languages and countries.
  • 2+ years experience working with programmatic and display (The Trade Desk, Terminus, RollWorks, Demandbase and any other DSPs).
  • 5+ years working with paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • ABM Paid Programs experience is a plus.
  • Experience working within enterprise tech a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is considered a plus.
