This is an exciting opportunity to work for Genesys, a leader in CCaaS Contact Centre as a Service within the Partner Marketing team in France. Responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline building activities with Channel Partners. Join a successful, dynamic, and digital savvy team. 

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to)

  • Working with channel partners and alliances in France to deploy demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs on time and on budget
  • Creating and driving the execution of partner digital marketing campaigns (tactics may include but not limited to digital activities, social media, nurture streams, ABM, awareness, lead acquisition, ABM, engagement, webinars, content syndication, etc.)
  • Working with Marketing Development Funds (MDF with partners) to successfully promote key messages, products, services, and solutions to drive sales.
  • Align to the EMEA partner marketing, regional marketing strategies, and priorities as defined by leadership and stakeholders

 Minimum Requirements:

  • French native
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a high-tech computer-related environment. An understanding of the B2B model required
  • Channel marketing experience of developing marketing strategy and campaigns with resellers/ partners/ Sis and/ or Alliances
  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce, marketing automation systems, and/or partner marketing platforms
  • Understanding of account-based marketing, campaign journeys, content mapping
  • Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and proactive to partners’ marketing needs
  • Partners effectively with internal and external stakeholders
