Job Title:  Partner Marketing PMC Operations Manager

Job Summary:
 

The goal of Partner Marketing is to enhance the ability of Genesys partners to generate leads quickly and easily using the Genesys partner marketing central portal (PMC). The PMC Operations Manager is a collaborative role that supports both regional and global partner marketing and sales initiatives. 

 

This is a detail-oriented position that is responsible for configuring and administering the platform to meet changing business needs, producing and delivering the campaigns used by partners across multiple digital marketing channels, and designing and generating reports to support management decision-making. This role will be responsible for managing the PMC portal and its integration with other Genesys corporate systems (like Salesforce.com). 

 
Key Responsibilities:
 

·         Platform Management

    • Configure the platform as needed to enhance the user’s experience including developing & revising HTML page layouts, customizing user group views and permissions, rule-based notifications / alerts, etc. using platform provided administration tools
    • Implement changes to the platform to support new business requirements / functionality including the addition of new pages, changing data fields, and implementing new workflows in the system
    • Work with Corporate IT, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to implement necessary system integrations with Salesforce or other corporate systems

·         Campaign Execution & Reporting

    • Develop and produce HTML-based templates for emails, landing pages, co-branded assets, social media posts, and syndicated web sites for partners in the platform based on Genesys content
    • Generate regular reports that summarize campaign usage and content performance

·         Act as key go-to resource for answering platform and campaign related questions.  Provide direction on marketing operations processes. Identify areas of process improvement.

·         The role will participate in building and managing a team dedicated to PMC administration.

 
Minimum Requirements:
 

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing / Sales Automation, digital marketing, website development.

·         Degree in a relevant discipline: B.S in Computer Science, Information Technology or Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Previous hands-on experience in digital marketing using a leading enterprise marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua or similar) and experience using and administering Salesforce.com

·         Previous hands-on experience with CSS and HTML. Java script experience a plus.

·         This is a collaborative services role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

·         Applicants must be fluent in English, both written and oral.

·         Previous experience supporting channel partners or partner programs strongly preferred along with demonstrated track record of managing and executing high-volume digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment with a very high degree of accuracy.

·         Must work Pacific Standard Time hours (GMT-8)

·         Communicates regularly with colleagues and management

·         Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables

·         Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize and get things done
