Partner Program Associate (Marketing)

For partners, the AppFoundry provides a direct path to market for their solutions, a searchable marketplace for customers to discover new solutions, and reduces friction associated with sales and deployment of new applications by allowing customers to purchase and install new applications directly from the marketplace.


Over 100 Genesys customers are using an application from the AppFoundry Marketplace in their environment.


Due to significant growth, we are seeking a motivated, junior sales professional for our AppFoundry ISV team.  Candidates must have 1-2 years of inside sales (phone –based) experience, ideally in the enterprise software space. AppFoundry Partner Account Managers are responsible for developing and fostering ISV and technology partnerships and working with partners and Genesys Sales to help advance partner application sales opportunities.


This is a great opportunity to get experience in Enterprise Software Sales and Partner/Alliance Management. Junior AppFoundry Partner Account managers will receive extensive training on the market, our platform and partner value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate prospective partners on Genesys and the AppFoundry Partner Program
  • Onboard new partners, managing contracts from origination through execution
  • Manage partner relationship to maximize revenue and to ensure partner commitment
  • Initiate joint account planning and strategy sessions liaising with you Senior AppFoundry Partner Manager and regional sales leads
  • Actively manage opportunity inbound/new partner pipeline against Sales objectives/metrics to exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities for your partners
  • Driving partner participation in Genesys events and the AppFoundry Partner Program
 Minimum Requirements:   
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
