Genesys is seeking talented individuals to join our team to grow a world-class Enterprise B2B Marketplace and to grow our developer ecosystem solving some of the most strategic initiatives in one of the largest private B2B software companies.

 

As a member of the Technology Partner & developer ecosystem team, you will own, design and manage our Digital- and Field Marketing activities for our AppFoundry partners and our developer ecosystem and help them to succeed in marketing their applications & solutions on Genesys’ Enterprise Marketplace – AppFoundry at https://appfoundry.genesys.com. You will work closely together with the entire Partner ecosystem team, as well as our corporate Marketing team.

 

As a key part of your role, you will own with your team all the marketing activities of our Technology Partner & developer ecosystem. You will manage our partners' Go-To-Market activities, campaign performance, and success metrics to develop successful marketing activities as part of the Genesys marketplace. You will be required to promote, advocate, and work with our Enterprise Marketplace Partners across the Genesys ecosystem, as well as our Sales Teams Channel Partners. Also, you will own all marketing-related activities to grow our developer ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

In your role as Marketing Manager, you manage a team of individuals. With this team, you manage the successful digital- and field marketing activities of our Technology Partner ecosystem and drive their growth as part of the Genesys ecosystem. You are obsessed with the success of our AppFoundry partners and our developer ecosystem. As part of your role, you will be exposed to a variety of opportunities and challenges.

 

  • Manage an international team of individual contributors
  • Develop new ideas and methods for Partners to succeed in the Genesys ecosystem
  • Develop and implement new Go-To-Market concepts
  • Develop a lead-development process for 3rd party applications in a SaaS Marketplace and maintain journey management until deal close
  • Organize and host internal & external webinars
  • Support connecting Genesys sales teams & partners
  • Build & maintain marketing analytics dashboards to identify ROI of marketing program from digital campaigns and app listings requests
  • Design & implement new innovative targeted digital marketing activities for the AppFoundry & developer ecosystem
  • Enhance and optimize AppFoundry app listing operations and analytics for all incoming customer and sales requests
  • Facilitate partner activities at live, corporate events and conferences

 

Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred

  • Education background in business administration, preferably an MBA in Marketing
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing people and business partners
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS subscription services models is a plus
  • The ability to work independently and in a virtual and intercontinental team-environment is a must
  • Flexibility in working hours, across some global time zones
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken)
  • Excellent teamwork skills are required
  • Great experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with digital marketing activities, such as lead-generation campaign management, blog-post management, and press release management
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms such as Taxi and Eloqua
  • Experience with business analytics tools such as Tableau is a plus
  • Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done

Your success will be measured by the experience and the success of our ecosystem partners regarding their marketing activities, especially the number of leads generated and converted into opportunities, as well as the growth of our developer ecosystem.
