JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Title: Pr. Professional Services Consultant

 

What You’ll Do


The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

 

  •         Implementation and integration of the Genesys customer service solutions;
  •         Remotely deploy and configure Genesys applications.
  •         Building functional applications based on the Genesys core technology
  •         Develop SCXML/VXML applications using Eclipse
  •         Developing and building Rules packages and templates (DROOLS)
  •         Building reports on top of  the Genesys analytics solution
  •         Building database queries and views to extract data
  •         Building visual front end  based Crystal report/BO
About You
  •         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and/or Telcom   
  •         At least 10 Years working experience        
  •         Knowledge about digital media technologies (social media, mobile web applications);

         Knowledge of communication protocols and networks

  •          SIP
  •          TCP/IP
  •          Networking (LAN/WAN)
  • ·        Basic knowledge of security  and security protocols
  •          SSL and certificates
  •          Firewalls

·        Basic knowledge of

  •         Client server architecture
  •         Web technologies
  •         Databases (MS-SQL, Oracle)
  •         Operating system software (Windows, Linux);
  •         NoSQL database (Cassandra)

·        Basic knowledge in programming

  •       Java (JQuery)
  •       HTML,CSS, etc
  •       NET
  •       Ability to get to the heart of complex issues;
  •      Very good analytical skills;
  •      Fluent in English;
  •      Strong team player
