Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Senior Security & Compliance Analyst for the leading call center solution provider in the world, Genesys. The most qualified candidate will possess strong organization & communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a highly collaborative environment and be well versed in several compliance frameworks. Further, preference will be given to experience working in a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed organization and to anyone with significant information security audit experience.


Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Under the direction of the Compliance lead, provide principal support for external & internal information security audits by ensuring on time delivery of audit & compliance artifacts to key groups & individuals.
  • Audit defense of the Genesys Cloud environment with 3rd party & customer audits.
  • Ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Genesys company & customer data.
  • Review, define, & document standard operating procedures & protocols.
  • Advise & consult on technology solutions from an audit & compliance solution.
  • Provide input on policies, practices, and procedures throughout the Security infrastructure.
  • Work in close association with the Senior Director of Security & Compliance in the implementation of new services, tools, process, or infrastructure improvements.



  • Demonstrated superior organization & communication skills
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an audit or compliance capacity.  Note that project management experience would be counted for part of this.
  • In depth experience with compliance frameworks & audits such as ISO, FEDRamp, SOX, SSAE-16, PCI, HIPAA, or CSF.
  • Successful history of working in customer or 3rd party audits.
  • Understanding of Information Security best practices.
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems such as JIRA or Service Now.
  • Experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and flexible, creative solution finding.
  • Inherent curiosity and the willingness to learn.
  • Preference given with FedRamp experience.
