Are you a Pre-Sales solution expert, great at driving business-focused solution discoveries with customers, to understand their operations, with a view to delivering great customer experiences for them? What this role is: 

 

The Pre-sales solution consultant is a key role to support the Genesys EMEA Sales team to be successful with assisting customers to move to cloud. You will made theese possible by highlighting and quantifying the business value of Genesys Cloud. 

 


What this role isn’t: 

 

You will not work behind the scenes. We are looking for a costumer facing leader, responsible for managing all objectives and opportunities directly with the final client 

Your ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders will drive you to succeed. 

 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

 

You will need to be a Grade A+ in presenting, with the presence and gravitas to be able to command workshops to successful conclusions 

Your Proven experience of defining the return on investment in any given proposal will drive you to succeed.  

In this role you will be able to propose a solution that is mapped to the business requirements, including scoping of functional and non functional specifications, High Level Design, and Security 

 

We are looking for someone with Ability to manage/multi-task multiple actions across a large international team, creating an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. 

 

 

 Some details about what you will do: 

  • Operational Walkthroughs / Discoveries: it is a key task to define an organisation’s current methods of operation and provide recommendations on how they can benefit from the adoption of Genesys Cloud.  This can often include sessions inside the contact center, to observe the customer experience as well as sessions with team leaders, operational staff and management. 
  • Presenting the Genesys Cloud Use cases and extended capabilities that address the customer’s business needs. 
  • Providing, and talking to, example customer journeys (as-is and target) 
  • Proposing the migration steps to minimize disruption and optimize the time to value that can be realized 
  • Owning the responses in RFXs as needed. 
  • Demonstrating the value of Genesys in our Customer Experience Centre 
  • Ensuring everything is captured and shared internally within the pre-sales phase, to ensure smooth transition into implementation 


Minimum Requirements 

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the same role 
  • Detailed understanding of the Avaya Contact Centre / Customer Experience solution set, including their constituent concepts and components, eg. Avaya Oceana, Engagement Centre, Oceanalytics, Avaya Aura Experience Portal, Work Assignment, Context Store, CMS Report Designer. 
  • Fluent with English and Dutch 
  • Available to travel for the 40% of the time, mainly in EMEA for short trips.
