Want to contribute to creating and leading a new market category in contact center infrastructure services? Genesys Multicloud CX Private Edition is a unique way of bringing the Genesys Multicloud product to customers who want the benefit of a cloud software delivery model, but still manage their own solution on their own choice of infrastructure. Genesys’ unique offering allows customers to connect their automated continuous delivery pipeline directly into Genesys’, allowing them to receive, manage and deploy the containerized software modules according to their needs.

To strengthen the Private Edition product management team, we are looking for a candidate with strong product management experience who has a well-rounded technical background in contact center software and current SaaS technologies. The candidate should also have a business background that enables them to support the process of researching, analyzing, and reporting on customer value and business opportunities. You’ll be customer-centric, strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative.

As Staff Product Manager, you will bring your leadership, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Multicloud team. You will play a critical role in the definition, development, and delivery of the Genesys Multicloud Private Edition solution. In this role, you will own multiple aspects of the Private Edition product. Together with the rest of the Private Edition product management team you are responsible for all phases of product development, from requirements collection, definition, and prioritization, to building and managing the delivery of a product roadmap and coordinating dependencies within cross-functional teams. You will add value by ensuring that the features delivered meet quality standards, solve stated business problems, and are completed in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and bring to market aspects of the Genesys Multicloud private edition solution, from both functional and business perspective.
  • Work with customers, partners, sales teams, vendors, user experience and product management teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Execute the product roadmap leading cross functional teams, including product management, development and platform engineering, security, user experience, marketing, sales, development, support, operations, finance and legal
  • Working with management to remove obstacles blocking or slowing down the teams
  • Provide visibility to feature status and escalate issues to senior management
  • Plan and track release milestones for feature releases
  • Identify needs, create, and deliver sales enablement training material
  • Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events etc.)  
  • Develop and improve processes, communicate plans and achievements, and facilitate project meetings

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience managing the lifecycle of software solutions
  • Experience with contact center software solutions to come in and contribute immediately
  • Experience in a Cloud/SaaS Software services model and cloud operations
  • Ability to prioritize issues effectively and meet tight deadlines when required
  • Ability to lead a high performing, cross-functional team
  • Ability to resolve conflict within a project team
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
