Summary:

Genesys is an innovative leader in Customer Experience solutions, and we’re growing!  We’re looking for a highly adaptable, organized & action-oriented Project Manager to support OD & Talent Management Programs and Change Management initiatives.  This includes managing project plans across multiple functional areas of Genesys.   In this role, you will be part of a growing People Development organization and report to the VP, People Development.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • This role will be part of the Talent & Organization Development group for Genesys, and work closely with OD leadership, HR colleagues, and functional leaders to ensure that project deliverables are defined and met.  In general, you will: 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for large, transformational projects as well as annual talent programs
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across Genesys to deliver meaningful outcomes and ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved while remaining adaptable to changes brought about by evolving business needs
  • Measure, monitor and report on the project performance against defined objectives and outcomes
  • Set and maintain timelines for project completion and critical milestones to keep processes moving
  • Produce and deliver periodic reports to inform stakeholders and team members.

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Working knowledge of change management best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed organization
  • Experience working in partnership with project leaders to ensure timely and effective meetings as well as to ensure adequate progress on team activities between meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
