Do you want to be part of a rapidly growing software company? As the HR Project Manager, you will coordinate and ensure our projects are completed on time and within scope. What this role is:

As an HR Project manager, you will lead the People Operations and HR transformation projects as well as with our 150+ person global HR team and other business departments within Genesys. You’ll be tasked with managing various projects of size and scope. Our goal is to deliver the best employee and candidate experience. What this role isn’t:

You won’t take these projects on alone. You will work across the people operations teams setting up kickoff calls, identifying needed resources and tracking each projects progression. You will need to have continual communication with the stakeholders of each project. Genesys is rapidly changing, and so is our HR team. You’ll need to navigate those changes, keep the assigned projects on time, and hit key milestones.


What you’ll bring to the table:

You will need to be able to build relationships and work with other leaders in a fast-paced environment, managing and ensuring completion of several projects at the time.

You can communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. As problems come up, you can stay calm under pressure and find the right solution. You can identify and ensure the necessary resources for the success of the projects that you lead. You are someone who helps breakdown silos and builds relationships and manages by influence.


Some details about what you will do:

•  You will work with the people operations team to help build the appropriate project plan

•    Communicate with the team on deliverables and deadlines and keep them informed about delays in the projects.

•    Create workstreams and bring in the right people for the job

•    Understand and define project scope and goals

•    Provide project updates to senior leadership and escalate issues when and before they arise

•    Bring best practices, techniques, and new ideas on how we can deliver projects with greater efficiently

•    Measure the progress of each project and make adjustments as needed


Minimum Requirements:

•    3+ years relevant work experience in project management in human resources

•    Experience working with agile methodologies

•    Experience using project management programs including Smartsheet and Excel

•    Strong analytical skills

•    Outstanding interpersonal skills

•    Detail-oriented and ability to manage big quantities of information successfully.

•    Bring a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as they come up
