LATAM Digital & Integrated Marketing Manager


Position Overview:

This position will manage the integration of Integrated Marketing Campaigns between LATAM Field Marketing and Digital Marketing Organizations and will work in partnership with the brand & content teams as well as cross-functional team members to contribute and create strategies and tools to promote effective communications internally and externally. The role is heavily online focuses and will require leading the plan, execution and reporting on LATAM integrated marketing campaigns.


Job Functions:

  • Ensure that all marketing communication programs are consistent and aligned with business strategy. Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets.
  • Drive continual process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with field marketing organization & digital teams to define and deliver integrated digital strategies and plans.
  • Review and ensure all marketing initiatives are integrated across the channels
  • Contribute to annual budget and brand planning process with integrated communication plan aligned with brands’ objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel media campaign including: Paid Media (Prospecting & Retargeting), Social Media, Emails, Newsletters.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for all digital, social, web and media programs.
  • Provide monthly report on KPI achievement and make recommendation or ongoing optimization of plans and programs.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote digital practices and tactics across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or Communications
  • 8+ years of experience developing results-oriented events, communication strategies & plans. Deep subject matter expertise in all digital channels.
  • Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, social media, content automation and campaign management.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, communications and campaign management, including management of outside vendors providing support in any of these areas.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Travel required: 30%-40% 
  • Fluent - written and speaking in Portuguese and Spanish
