Marketing & Bus Develop

This position will work with the global revenue marketing leadership team in increasing efficiency, communication and collaboration amongst marketing departments and with other areas and providing operational support. It is also important to highlight that this individual will report directly to the SVP of Global Demand Gen and carry out tasks and projects on his behalf.


Activities but not limited to:

  • Lead the effort to integrate and coordinate several strategic marketing projects between global marketing teams (Americas, EMEA and APAC) in projects like ABM (Account Based Marketing), SaaS Marketing Evolution (PODS), etc.

  • Produce reports leveraging data from different areas of the revenue marketing team and inputs. Present findings and propose next steps forward directly to marketing leadership

  • Organize agendas and conference calls to achieve specific business objectives

  • Create and consolidate template plans to be used by the broader team

  • Help establish a common agenda for the leadership team around key priorities and how to accelerate them

  • Maintain updated org charts

  • Be the gatekeeper of a global calendar of events (digital and physical) and global speakers used across them.

  • Support as a liaison between the Revenue Marketing and the CMO or other internal marketing areas to present results or details into the operation

  • Provide support to report results and communicate with the broader team, including Genesys executives on the state of the business

  • Drive mini projects, which may come up from time to time, to support the business – acceleration or get well

  • Manage and monitor the budget to keep spending on track and delivering results

  • Run the weekly Revenue Marketing metrics calls to ensure clarity and alignment

  • Help organize, build agendas, consolidate inputs and report on outputs from quarterly business reviews



  • Ability to understand current revenue marketing objectives and evolution mechanics

  • Highly organized and motivated person that is curious and self-motivated

  • Strong business acumen

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Work with different teams, cultures and time zones

  • Complete sense of ownership and ability to lead indirect teams and leaders by influence

  • Marketing experience is a plus
