As Sales Account Executive you are the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the Commercial and Mid-Market business segments. As consultative sales professionals, you are expected to take ownership for; positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base.


Your main goal is to achieve an annual sales target by closing prospective deals. Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Executive’s role is to engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.   



Experience of selling complex software solutions into multiple vertical markets

Excellent track record of success in an individual contributor net new business role

Experience of selling either customer experience, contact centre, CRM, digital transformation or similar sort of technology stack

Cloud or SAAS based software Sales preferred

Experience of being part of numerous complex and consultative sales engagements

Experience of working alongside or through partner organisations. Ability to influence      indirectly through this partner community as well as directly with the customer and prospect base

A team player and a leader of virtual teams, able to orchestrate and win complex sales cycles
