Be instrumental in driving strategy, planning, and analysis for our fast-growing Genesys Cloud business!


We are looking for a driven and accomplished analytics professional with a proven track record of delivering results and looking to grow their career by being a key strategic partner for our Genesys Cloud business.  Genesys Cloud™ is an all-in-one solution and the world's leading public cloud contact center platform, designed for rapid innovation, scalability and flexibility.


Genesys is building a world-class Genesys Cloud Strategic Finance team and offers a fun, fast-paced environment with great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. This Senior Business Analyst role will play a key role in providing key data insights, performance metrics, and leading and lagging indicators to support the business. 


Ideal candidates will have at least three years of analytical experience in the technology or software  industries and be proficient in Excel, Tableau, Snowflake and Salesforce.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead analytics initiatives and metric developed to support recurring KPI metric reporting strategic programs, general analysis and reporting requests
  • Understand the key input drivers of the business and dive deep into a variety of areas to help unearth business trends, create KPIs, and maintain and monitor metrics in an evolving environment. 
  • Become a trusted partner and advisor for the Genesys Cloud leaders and cross-functional teams to provide analytical decision support to achieve strategic objectives
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of data flows and leveraging technology solutions
  • Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc financial and operating reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Collaborate with other functions within the organization to help with streamlining, automation, and data accuracy and consistency driving analytics initiatives

  • Exceptional business partner with outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ensure deliverables to internal customers are accurate, complete and timely


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in analytical roles leading reporting and advanced analytics, using analytic tools, benchmarking and competitive analyses, and business modeling
  • Extraordinary analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
  • Experience within SaaS/Cloud industry preferred
  • Systems and data visualization experience (NetSuite, Tableau, Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce, Snowflake, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, etc.)
