Genesys is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, partner marketing rockstar to lead our North America partner marketing team.

The Senior Director of NA partner Marketing will be a key leader in developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan for our diverse and fast-growing network of resellers, distributors, master agents and service providers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Direct and led execution of integrated go-to-market strategies to support and expand programs in our partner ecosystem
  • Drive demand generation initiatives that lead to increased partner sales
  • Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy, with focus on expanding, engaging and growing our several types of partners (value added resellers, distributors, master agents and channel service providers)
  • Develop and execute partner communications plan to support partner growth
  • Oversee allocation, measurement and use of MDF
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales peers to ensure alignment with the overall partner strategy
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to the partner organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain mindshare and resource capacity to support partner programs
  • Advocate for partners and their needs

        

Experience / Skills required:

•         Significant experience managing growth marketing and partner marketing teams at SaaS software or technology organizations

•         General marketing skills with strong business acumen and passion for creating and driving integrated go-to-market plans informed by data and analysis

•         Previous experiences working in a revenue-driving marketing or strategy function

•         Strong knowledge of different partner types like value added resellers, value added distributors, master agents and channel service providers.

•         Leadership and management experience with strong ability to coach and develop people

•         Ability to thrive when building something new and levering ambiguity as opportunity
