Genesys is seeking an ambitious, dynamic leader to fill the role of Senior Manager of Business Operations for its Genesys Core business unitIn this role, the Senior Manager will help the Genesys Core executive leadership team drive results through the programmatic management of multiple high-priority, strategic initiatives and by identifying, measuring, and maintaining Key Performance Indicators for the Genesys Core business unit  


The best candidates will be familiar with Software-as-a-Service business models and will be able to demonstrate experience successfully leading large-scale, strategic initiatives. They will also be able to demonstrate experience working across several functions of a large enterprise and with colleagues at every level of the business up to and including C-level executives.   


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Planning and Program Management of large-scale, strategic initiatives   
  • Identify, measure, and maintain Key Performance indicators for the Genesys Core Business Unit 
  • Assist in the coordination of cross-functional engagements including Weekly Leadership Team Meetings, All Hands Meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews 
  • Drive alignment of cross-functional teams to help solve some of Genesys’ most pressing challenges 
  • Serve as an advisor and sounding board to Genesys Core executive leadership  
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and conduct analysis of best-in-class business operating models 

Required Skills & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field and/or role 
  • Experience working in software as a service industry preferred 
  • Advanced financial, and business acumen  
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and uncertain environment 
  • Outstanding presentation skills   
  • Ability to understand and develop financial analyses to shape and support decisions  
  • Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables 
  • Ambition to become an influential leader within a growing organization
