The Senior Manager, North America Payroll will manage all aspects of corporate payroll, stock administration and required compliance related to all North American entities, including US and Canada.  In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating Global Payroll Reporting. This position works closely with employees, Human Resources, 3rd party payroll service providers and management to resolve any payroll related questions.


In addition, the Senior Manager, NA Payroll works with NA Finance staff to ensure statutory filings, tax returns and annual meetings are completed by their due date. The NA Payroll Senior Manager is responsible for establishing policies to support a high-growth, scalable environment.



  • Manage and maintain all payroll systems to support on-time and accurate payroll service to all North America employees
  • Supervise daily administration of semi-monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing and distribution of pay along with payroll staff
  • Preparation of payroll reports, complying with all federal and state withholding requirements, direct deposit, 401(k), stock options and purchase plans and garnishments
  • Interprets company policy and government regulations that affect payroll to ensure compliance of payroll policies and practices
  • Ensure all payroll and payroll related accounts (including 401K match and vacation) are reconciled accurately and timely
  • Support Corporate stock option and ESPP program requirements as necessary
  • Ensure all statutory filings, tax returns and annual meetings are completed and documented by their due date.
  • Assist internal and external auditors as well as other departments with payroll related information and issues
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures
  • Develop and support SOX Compliant internal control environment
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years payroll supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, supervising various payroll issues including 401(k), incentive plans, and garnishments required –
  • Detail oriented, well organized, reliable, team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ADP Platform experience preferred
  • Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • CPP preferred
