As Senior Manager on the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will bring your leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Cloud team. You will play a critical role in the development and delivery of Genesys Cloud solutions through driving and implementation of the planning process associated with introducing new functionality within Genesys Cloud.  In this role you will work closely with Product Management as well as Development, Design, Platform Operations, Finance, Documentation, Customer Care, PS, and other functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Genesys Cloud roadmap planning process, including coordination and management of multiple features across many teams in collaboration with Product Management, Development, and Design.
  • Define, implement, document, and maintain a standardized Aha structure and process to support Product Management working according to Design Thinking methodology
  • Create and maintain Aha reports and dashboards for multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide training and onboarding related to Genesys Cloud planning process
  • Support Genesys-wide product planning activities including providing data and insights for executive reporting and presentations


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced (ideally Cloud) environment
  • Ability to assesses risk for complex issues and decide best course of action
  • Strong leadership abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation
  • Proven ability to think and work strategically while driving on-time execution
  • Excellent project management skills
  • 2+ years’ experience using tools such as Aha, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, R&D, operations, and business teams
