Job Description

 

The Senior Manager Sales Operations is a member of the LATAM Sales Operations team, reporting to the Director of LATAM Sales Operations and will act as his business partner.

This role functions as the key operational point of contact in region.

 

Key Responsibilities, (including but not limited to):

 

Business Analytics:

  • Manage COE regional team of sales operations specialists
  • Central POC for LATAM forecast consolidation, running weekly regional forecast call
  • Act as single point of escalation for regional sales teams to manage, process issues, booking issues, reporting queries, etc
  • Manage regional reporting requirements including but not limited to;
    • Work to remove duplication of effort and ensure we are leveraging centrally produced dashboards and reports where possible
    • Work with Operations Director to ensure regional reporting requirements are captured and included in global reporting initiatives
  • Support regional operations director in collating reports, data etc for QBRs etc
  • Provide insights into effectiveness of specific programs and opportunities and report progress against budget and forecast.

 

Sales Operations Excellence:

  • Primary business partner for regional operations director
  • Work with Regional Operations Director, Sales Operations, to drive Globally Consistent (Minimum) Cadence schedule; including but not limited to:
    • Drive SF hygiene
    • Ensure sub-regional sales operations specialists are following globally defined cadence schedule and where there is field push-back or no compliance, ensure the Sales Operations Director is notified.
  • Support Sales Operations Specialists when necessary with field process issues/booking issues etc.
  •  During close periods closely monitor “to go” deals for the region and ensure deals progress through booking process and work with AEs, to resolve any issues as they arise, ensuring the Sales Operations Director is kept abreast of any issues as they arise
  • Be the central regional point of contact for driving globally consistent AE and Partner enablement. This includes and is not limited to; ensuring new AEs are set up and ready to go from Day 1, ensure new AEs and Partners are clear on enablement plans for first 30/60/90 days, and ensure that regular check points with regional sales management take place.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tool utilised for Salesforce, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting etc.
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 3+ years professional experience in sales operations and systems administration with Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with ability to work cross culturally within LATAM and across business units.
  • English and Spanish language skills are essential Portuguese skills are highly regarded.
