The Senior Manager of Sales Analytics will play a key business partnership role amongst a team of dedicated Sales Analysts in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of global sales programs by providing key data insights, performance metrics, and leading and lagging indicators to support the business. 


The team consists of both embedded subject matter experts, who serve as strategic advisors to key partners, and technical authorities who are proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Nime, and Excel. The team is fully integrated within the business functions in order to ensure close partnerships and more effectively measure and drive company performance and the execution of our go-to-market strategies.


The Senior Manager of Sales Analytics function will provide support by owning complex analytical opportunities while partnering closely with key leaders in the business and regional field sales teams.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics initiatives aligned to Sales, supporting go-to-market activities, strategic programs, and general analysis and reporting requests
  • Provide insights into business performance and recommendations to internal customers at all levels
  • Ensure deliverables to internal customers are accurate, complete and timely
  • Identify and prioritize ad-hoc reports that should be repeated and automated
  • Support changes to Sales specific reporting, metrics, data, and policies that impact business as usual for our internal business customers
  • Partner with Sales leaders to understand business problems and identifying insights using intermediate to advanced analytic techniques such as scenario, probability, and predictive modeling analysis
  • Assemble business requirements and collaborate with business leadership to confirm expectations and deliverables along with communicating the requirements to staff for execution
  • Collaborate with other Analytics Managers within the organization to standardize on data reporting policies and governance on executive level reporting along with general ad-hoc analysis
  • Collaborate with other functions within the organization to help with streamlining, automation, and data accuracy and consistency driving analytics initiatives


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytical or science related field or equivalent work experience
  • Six (6) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Sales or related fields in analytical roles leading reporting and advanced analytics, using analytic tools, benchmarking and competitive analyses, and business scenario modeling
  • Extraordinary analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strategic thinker with business judgment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt readily to changing priorities
  • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction
