This senior manager will be responsible for collaborating with partner marketing teams within Genesys and strategic alliances partners to develop and facilitate integrated marketing tactics that build pipeline and revenue. This role requires joint accountability for successfully executing joint solution value props, integrated marketing tactics, sales enablement materials and metrics-tracking in support of a best-in-class product partner marketing competency that accelerates growth in partner generated pipeline and revenue.



  • Collaborate with Genesys stakeholders in strategic alliances product marketing, partner marketing and demand generation to translate product combinations into use cases with high-value business outcomes and value for new buyers and competitive displacements;
  • Develop impactful buyer-centric solution positioning and value messaging from an ‘outside in’ perspective including what is available today and in the future;
  • Apply insights from “voice of buyer” activities and buyer interviews to create sales plays that resonate with buyer personas and shape buyer process maps for use in GTM execution tactics;
  • Bring competitive insights to Genesys product management and marketing to enable competitive product and portfolio differentiation, supporting portfolio positioning and market-entry evaluations;
  • Collaborate with Genesys partner marketing to build trusted relationships with strategic alliances product and partner marketing teams to integrate solution-oriented positioning and messaging to create integrated marketing plans. Contribute the context including some high-level buyer and ecosystem insights;
  • Collaborate across Genesys alliances product marketing to create sales and channel enablement strategies and marketing execution tactics (e.g. playbooks, battle cards, scripts, presentations, training modules, demos) that drive awareness and engagement among direct and alliances sales channels with customer-first, solution-oriented messaging;
  • Measure effectiveness of joint solutions and engagement strategies: Track and manage joint KPIs with Partner Marketing, Developer Marketing, and Sales, and facilitate transparent, data-driven insights for effective performance tracking


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in B2B tech marketing company with partners/alliances as a critical path to revenue. Experience in partner/alliances marketing and/or start-up environment a plus
  • Demonstrated success in positioning industry-leading products, with bias for customer-centric strategies
  • Track record of successfully, influencing and collaborating across stakeholders to achieve successful marketing execution
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead with a point of view
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Willing to travel 15% (when travel resumes)
  • Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill, MBA(or pursuing and MBA) a plus
