Do you want to help grow the executive team for a growing SaaS company changing the customer experience software landscape? Genesys is looking for an Executive Recruiter to partner with our teams to bring in the next leaders to Genesys.

 

What this role is:

This role is part of our newly formed Global Executive Recruiting team. You will manage the end-to-end recruiting activities for our VP and above openings. By using various sourcing techniques, you will identify and evaluate potential candidates. You will need to maintain open lines of communication with the hiring and talent acquisition teams and track all candidates in our ATS (Taleo).

 

What this role isn’t:

This isn’t a role where you can stand by and wait for candidates to apply. You will need to be proactive in all aspects of your work. You will also work on projects for the Global Talent Acquisition team. Your main job is to be a recruiter. You will also work with other groups on key projects to help Genesys continue to grow.

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

You will need to be organized in your work and keep track of multiple roles and hiring managers. At Genesys, we value open communication and have authentic conversations. We are looking for someone who can also work alongside the internal teams to make sure that we work together towards our common business goals.

 

Some details about what you’ll do:

  • Manage the full cycle interview process with candidates and hiring managers. You will be the first point of contact for the candidate and negotiate salaries and present the job offers.
  • Source candidates in our ATS and through other candidate databases
  • Partners with our leadership teams and HR Partners to understand our strategic business objectives and develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Follow the established SLAs to provide a great candidate and manager experience
  • Conduct sourcing strategies with our hiring managers to create alignment and understand their short and long-term hiring goals.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with our hiring managers with consistent communication. We make sure that our teams understand the candidates we speak with and where we are in the interview process.
  • Assist with developing relationships with established third-party recruiters

 

 

Requirements:

  • Five plus years working in direct search and corporate recruitment
  • Three or more years in executive search and sourcing
  • Experience educating, supporting, and influencing hiring managers on best practices in the recruiting process
  • Create a delightful candidate experience and demonstrate Genesys core values
  • Use market trends and data to locate and source high-quality candidates
  • Experience using ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintaining complete candidate tracking information
  • Experience in providing consistent communication and messages to candidates about our company, products, culture, etc.

Covid-19:

Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboarding processes. All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time.

Genesys encourages everyone who can get vaccinated to get vaccinated; it’s the most empathetic thing we can do for our own health and the health of those around us. At this time, Genesys does not require new hires be fully vaccinated. However, where legally permissible, Genesys will only welcome vaccinated employees back to Genesys Offices as these reopen. Those who are not vaccinated at that time may continue to work remotely if the nature of their job allows it. Customer-facing employees will need to follow customer guidelines.

As our Covid-19 task force and internal teams plan to reopen our global offices, the policies and procedures will continue to be updated.
