Do you have experience migrating customers to the cloud? This is a role for a high-energy person looking to be part of a high-performing and fast-growing cloud business. The Service Engagement Specialist. Professional Services will be responsible for growing and executing the delivery of services; while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction for our top accounts in EMEA Central. This role is an engaged position; motivating growth in a diverse Professional Services organization, accountable for Services Bookings, Services Gross Profit, and Customer Satisfaction. You will support the account team with the Professional Service Offerings by structuring the Professional Service engagement, alignments with partners and direct customers, generating convincing Statement of Works   (SOWs), and presenting the Service Engagement in direct contact with customers and partners.

 

You will work in a team of Project Delivery and Service Engagement Managers structuring and executing Professional Service engagements.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Computer Science.

• 5+ years of hands-on Professional Services experience as Senior Consultant, Project Manager, or Service Sales.

• Contact Center experiences preferred.

• Cloud deployments project experience energetically preferred.

• Follow standard Professional Services Operational process and guidelines.

• Identify additional service opportunities resulting from engagement work.

• Hands-on experience selling, delivering, and supporting large projects and programs.

• Ability to communicate truthfully to technical teams and commercial teams.

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English. (written & oral presentation)

• Other additional European languages are welcome.

• Ability to travel as necessary to support business.

• Travel 30% - 50% - Post COVID

Covid-19

Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboarding processes. All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time. We utilize Zoom video meetings and phone calls during the interview process. We will be working remotely through at least December 31, 2021, in most locations, and we are re-evaluating the opening date of all the Genesys offices on an ongoing basis.
