We are looking for a driven business analyst with a proven track record of delivering insights through data, who is looking to grow their career by contributing to and learning from Genesys’ Revenue Operations’ Strategic Planning organization. This role will directly support strategic go- to-customer analyses and projects focused on Sales and Marketing. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of quantitative analytical experience in the technology or software industries.




  • Work collaboratively across functional teams to drive improvement and own strategic analytics priorities.
  • Leverage metrics to provide greater insight into performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of data flows and leveraging technology solutions.
  • Reconcile and ensure consistency of data from various sources and assist in driving the automation of reports and analytics.
  • Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc operating reports, report packages, dashboards, etc.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Quantitative Bachelor degree
  • 3-5+ years relevant work experience (in finance, business operations or management consulting preferred)
  • Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills
  • Data modeling, analysis, and visualization skills
  • Solid financial, and business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to details, with the ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables
  • Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize and get things done
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and organization skills
  • Positive attitude, team player
